in the last episode we placed small window
boxes for fun shapes
as we increase the
height of the walls on Shae's earthbag
bedroom
[music]
we've reached the level where the half
window needs to be placed
we're at this
layer now
getting prepped and ready for
my window to go in
that's what it's
gonna look like
probably end up building
the frame and a little bit here and use
that as the arch
an arch window needs to
be strong enough to keep the window from
being crushed from the weight above
I have two ideas in my hands
that was an idea
I like that
the other idea
we have lots of these and we
could just build an arch right over the
top of it
I really like the bowing thing
you never see one of those in use
we'd have to on one side and two on
the other
I love that
I think that's
gonna be perfect
very clever

we don't have to do a lot of laundry
I'm not one of those women but I think that that would be
really nice

this is a killer deal
we're always looking ahead for deals on
building materials cuz every time we can
find something used it just helps cut on
the cost of these buildings tremendously
and we don't typically find wood but we
did come across some 3/4 inch plywood
it's a little weathered but it's in good
condition
alright so this is our $80.00 wood
should have been four hundred dollars
but we got it
you can see it's not perfect but for the deal we got it
is gonna be perfect for us

the wheelbarrow was sitting right there
I just mixed it
dad stole it I bet
it's the same person that steals our
socks but only the left one
what's up with that?
now we have to go
see because the mystery must be solved
Gar, do you have our wheelbarrow?

I'm glad you didn't use the other wheelbarrow
because the other wheelbarrow is empty

they really hold everything down

we can pull the window
out and then I'll put the window in
later with butyl
you want to get a
good form here so that when we're
putting everything together
it will fit correct

have got so many grasshoppers
they're everywhere
This was a big tomato
plant that was growing in the back
it's totally shaved
they're just having fun

right now we're doing some cleats

get it all cemented in
