Lights complete, Stucco & Shae's Goes Trucking!
This week in the bathroom addition, Bryson installs and wires all the lights! Dad designs a nifty toilet paper roll and puts his plan into action. The kitchen add-on exterior gets more stucco!

last week we finished the shower stall,
set up our temporary sink and begin the
installation of the lights in the
bathroom
we also started on the exterior
stucco for the kitchen and Garen and Ellie
tied the knot
stay tuned as we continue
working on the additions to the main
house

finally awake
no really
all of a sudden we woke up and you were gone
no really what have you done for the
past week?
our uncle Perry is a truck
driver so he takes loads from here to
Washington
he came to the wedding and
then I went up with him to Washington
it
was quite the experience
what was your favorite part of the trip?
we got to see lots
of family
that was fun
see cousins and
grandparents so that was pretty awesome
because it's a job
we had deadlines to meet
and weeks we had to
really book it
we were on a tight
schedule
I think it was a couple days in
the truck just non-stop trying to get
where we're trying to go
check this out how cool this is
when you know you're gonna be in the car
for so many hours instead of pushing to
get there, you just kind of relax

there's a lot of scenery
there's like no big cities and cities you know
they can be so stressful especially when
driving but when you're out there and
there's no one else on the road
that's just way too fun right there

couldn't believe that he gets paid to do
what he does because he loves
his job so much

we got some fun
a little bit of put together
so that's okay
we like that
and it's out
we're going to convert this vanity into
a drop in sink
remember this
little project we had over here is a
temporary thing
I'm gonna pull this sink
out, pull this faucet out and we're going
to raise the vanity up about to I'd say
up three and a half four inches so that
we can get the drop in sink to set the
right height so that when we're standing
we can actually see ourselves in the mirror
we need to come up about that high

you asked why we didn't turn the light on last time
well there's a perfectly good
logical reason for this
we actually
didn't wire it
and there's also another
reason
you know that last time when we
forgot a wire in Shae's room,
well we forgot a wire here - yeah so
we're actually gonna remake the light a
little bit
I have power that goes from
there to there but no switch wires that
go to there
there's no way to get power
up to here and have a switch over there
to turn it all on
is it okay Gary that
we told about the mistake we made
I never admit to mistakes but I'll let
you admit to my mistakes if you wnat
a new functionality of doing
something like this
that allows me to
put a switch on this lower piece down
here
that comes out of this box
this is
the light switch for this light

was gonna mount it over in this area
I'm wiring one on the outside so it's gonna
take this rocker switch
mount it in this
plate

we need to stucco all this

it and here we get this silly piece
of metal here
you can see is quite

we nailed it to this wall and then we put bags against that
so I have to somehow get the nails pulled

jars for our covers for our light
it's gonna be fun

little pipe works
I wonder if we could
put more piping for different things
