in the last episode we installed two
window boxes
did some last-minute
planning for steps
and placed the main
center post in Shae's earthbag bedroom
[music]
Shae begins planning for windows and
jars on the upper section of her bedroom
we've been collecting just different
types of light sources
I have candy jars
I have a round tire window
I got a half
circle shelving window type thing and
then I have a huge rectangular window
get my bearings
let's just say there
we have this reciprocal roof
it's gonna
start sloping up right
and it's highest
point is near the door
it's a foot underneath that
okay so this is a good level
and it starts to
slope down around my bed area so there
won't be as much room between the floor
and the ceiling so we want to make sure
that we get those windows in there so
that everything just looks correctly
spaced
I looked around and I decided
where I wanted things and it just
started coming to me to where to put
them
is I have marked out where
everything is gonna go
this one says lil jar and then the check
marks mean that it's on this layer
this one says big jar with an arrow pointing
up and a 3
that means three layers
I built some of my candy jars and my cubby
holes around where the bed is gonna be
so that I have a place to put things
all
right so that's not the level everything
is gonna be at
nothing's quite set up
but you can kind of see a little bit of
how it's gonna go

not sure those but...
oh my goodness
those are probably eggs
my poor plant
they're all hanging out on this one
branch mom
look, they're so weird
thought they were supposed to be tomato worms not grape worms
did you hit the jackpot?
a lot
I got a lot
is the brown one eating
the green one?
look at this
he was trying
to hold on to the chain that I had going
so he's eating his buddy's tail

okay so
we have two different types of cleats
here
we have an "L" cleat
it goes down in
the bag and then against either a door
or a window
and for the windows
we will
put them in and then we'll hammer in
from the backside so that we don't have
any pointy nails sticking out
it really
helps hold the building together
these are our hanger cleats and these go on
the back facing outward
it gives us just a little bit of wood in the wall
just in
case we want to hang something there and
so these are hanger cleats and they're
just real simple like that and we just
try and make sure that this side of
the cleat is nice since that'll
be the side we paint and the side you
see
cob up to it
let's see
Ta Da
I want to do this like
Galaxy paint on the outside so that you
can see it from the inside and I was
thinking the way I could do that was
to sprinkle a little white
dots so it looks like stars and then do
the galaxy reverse painting

are you trying to speckle it?
for the galaxy?

all right there we go

we're ready for a final painting coat
[music]
look at that that's cool that's cool
it's like a speckled
I'm building the window frames more
window frames borrowing your frame
there's gonna be a window 3 going to go
a big bender big big business partner
boutique in dog big dog big window type
of night we're setting it's too tall now
okay I have an idea so that we can keep
it why don't we measure out where it's
going to be and then cut it through the
middle release all the dirt and then
here's the faucet uh kidding me
mom this is so fascinating watch my room
is gonna be boss so no that's all we say
is guarantees to the party boss when
it's finished
hey it's not temporary all right Dan so
what's she up to
right now I'm putting the level of the
beams to sit across the post in this
nail wow this way you got a cold align
better Bryson
you got another one shake I know I'm
gonna get stressed in the buildings down
I should put little candle yeah that
would be really cute when I put them in
the bag should I put them like this or
should I put them like this I'm gonna
have this much stuff piled in and it
can't get to the bottom you're gonna owe
me half angry so I guess we're gonna put
them in like this because it is
beautiful
what's up we are making a contraption
for moving the class I wanted to get the
playhouse moved
we don't want it right next to the
Shea's room so I went to guaran and I
said you think you can move that play
house here you wanna hold this alright
now will you set for it huh yeah
Garin scooped up a mesquite tree
scooby-doo delicious what's a house on
wheels oh my gosh dude Garin Bryson they
built Wolf's contraption with wheels
they put it on the first time and got it
move it in we got a flat they had to
rebuild it again real Wells 2.08 two
troublemakers over there
she's digging there mom it's bull the
bums they were both over there looking
guilty Jared but I know he still does no
wrong but they got the second set of
wheels built and they screw them in any
old which way they could and got that
thing rolling you know this really needs
a license plate on the back of it it
turned out to be a much bigger job than
I had expected it to be that thing is so
big and heavy
because of all the rain barrels and dips
and trees there's just no way to just
pull the truck in and just pull that
thing when we got between the the
barrels we've got the pipes that come
out and it was just touched too small to
get those back wheels through there the
guys actually all through them just
lifted it over that section the guys and
the family did a great job moving up all
right let's take your real papi why I'm
gonna want to move it in six-month
anyway I just gonna push it like six
inches this way
oh yeah six engine is no problem thanks
perfect Victor I just want to parallel
with that nice up and hopefully my face
not ever gonna have to be moved again my
goal is to have this corner edge here
line up with that corner edge down there
maybe right there
okay with a little bit of that
put a total by 12 little box over the
top of this or half a box but back up to
it back up to it until we get to a point
we're going with the top of it but it's
build it to fit and not have your nice
glass out here so let's wait to put
insert this at that time and then just
copy round it oh no
it's dirty bagging up to it and then I
think once we get around here to bags
over the top they go over the top of
filled with cement and then we'll take
the tire out right yeah then we pull the
tire old
that's a frame the tire mold we saw
somebody doing that on I'm YouTube
didn't make we did we do YouTube YouTube
